Develop and deploy mineral exploration instruments, sensor systems, data acquisition methods, and proprietary software. Integrate geospatial, geophysical, geochemical, geological, and geographic data; build statistically rigorous and physics-based models; identify ore-forming anomalies; and generate 2D and 3D exploration predictions. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, geoscientists, vendors, and external partners to design field programs, deploy sensors, reduce uncertainty, and guide exploration decisions.

The Computational Hydrogeologist will develop water management strategies, design data collection programs, and execute numerical simulations for mining projects, collaborating with geologists and data scientists.

Lead business development to secure exploration, development, and mining assets. Manage and execute deals, coordinate technical underwriting and due diligence, build commercial offers and term sheets, negotiate commercial contract terms with legal, and cultivate long-term counterparty relationships while overseeing a BD team and preparing internal investment memoranda.
