Develop and optimize SQL Server and SSIS billing pipelines, automate data movement and validation with Python, and use R and Python for analytics, anomaly detection, and billing decision models. Build data-quality frameworks, support internal reporting tools, integrate ERP APIs, and collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders. The role requires maintainable, tested, auditable solutions and ownership of features across databases, pipelines, analytics, and internal applications.

Owns deal desk governance, complex pricing approvals, discounting controls, and margin protection across services, SaaS, and hybrid offerings. Runs the cross-functional Pricing Council, translates decisions into pricing policies and approval workflows, and ensures accurate CPQ and segment/SKU data. Builds AI-assisted pricing models, scenario analyses, simulations, automated review workflows, and KPI reporting. Partners with Sales, Delivery, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and executives to identify cost exposure, reduce margin leakage, and improve deal velocity and reporting integrity.

Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from initiation through final delivery, serving as the primary client contact. Coordinate internal teams, timelines, scope, quality, compliance, reporting, forecasting, and invoicing. Advise clients and stakeholders, facilitate meetings, support sales scoping, and ensure defensible, cost-effective outcomes. The role requires strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, data processing and hosting, privacy regulations, client communication, and project management. After-hours and weekend work may be required, with possible regional travel.
