Klaviyo operates on a hybrid model with a clear expectation: if you're hub-designated, you’re expected to be in the office 3 days per week. We know life happens—PTO, sick days, and occasional scheduling conflicts are normal and don’t need to be “made up.” What matters most is consistency over time and good communication. If your schedule needs to shift (for example, if your usual office day falls on a holiday), you’re encouraged to swap days and keep your people leader in the loop. Our offices are designed for both collaboration and heads-down work, and if you have specific needs, we're open to improving the experience—just reach out. For Klaviyos in EMEA/APAC, formal flexible work arrangements may be available per local laws and must go through an approval process. Ultimately, we trust Klaviyos to make the right decisions, and we’re here to support open conversations when adjustments are needed.
