Manage daily front-office operations, provide exemplary customer service to families and visitors, maintain accurate student records and attendance, coordinate enrollment and transfers, support communications and outreach, assist with student health paperwork, and support school operations and recruitment tasks as directed.

Provide 1:1 and small-group academic and behavioral support for students with special needs, implement lesson plans and accommodations under teacher direction, assist with testing and behavior plans, collaborate with teachers and families, perform school duties (bus, lunch, dismissal), and obtain required aide credentials within one year.

The Operations Manager oversees school operations, budgeting, logistics, and personnel management to support students and staff effectively.
