Manage school operations including logistics, budgeting, testing, transportation, nutrition, staff supervision, and strategic projects. Support Director of School Operations, ensure compliance (e.g., ServSafe), run schoolwide systems (arrival, lunch, dismissal), and lead direct reports to maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school environment.

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with special needs, assist lead teachers with curriculum modifications, testing accommodations, behavior intervention plans, and progress monitoring. Support school operations (coverage, dismissal, lunch, bus), participate in professional development, and collaborate with families and staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Lead and manage all school operations to enable strong teaching and learning: oversee operations team, budgeting and finance, facilities, food service, transportation, events, technology, student data and enrollment, compliance, HR administration, and vendor management. Partner with school and regional leaders to plan strategy, hire and coach staff, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth daily logistics and emergency readiness.

Lead backend data operations and ensure reliable flows of student demographic and assessment data into the data warehouse. Build and maintain SQL processes, dashboards, and reports; investigate data quality issues; support internal and external data requests; manage data access and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

Provide HR and talent operations support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance (I-9, CORI, fingerprinting), recordkeeping in HR systems, payroll support, recruitment activities (screens, references, events), and administrative duties. Partner with school leaders and Talent team to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, improve workflows, and deliver excellent customer service to candidates and staff.

The Special Education Aide supports students requiring additional assistance in classroom settings, helping with instruction, behavioral strategies, and fostering social interactions to ensure academic success.

Lead design, build, and operation of data architecture, pipelines, and semantic layers. Manage sprint planning, DevOps metrics, data quality and monitoring, and MLOps enablement. Partner with stakeholders, coach engineers, track project plans, and ensure data availability, accuracy, and documentation.

Manage day-to-day execution of regional assessment builds and readiness operations in Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, maintain data quality and compliance, coordinate vendor data collection, develop documentation and training, support regional stakeholders, and continuously improve assessment and data workflows to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
