Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for generating pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, short-form video), scheduling high-quality meetings, researching accounts, maintaining CRM data, collaborating with AEs/Marketing/Product, iterating messaging, and hitting monthly KPIs.

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Integrate with third-party billing/commerce systems, maintain serverless/event-driven architectures on AWS, ensure security and performance, implement automated tests and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions.

Build and grow relationships with accounting firms, CFO consultants, and advisors. Source and onboard partners, run outbound campaigns, manage CRM and referrals, ensure partner revenue share, host events and represent Kintsugi at conferences, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to enable partner-driven growth.
