Teachers must build positive relationships with families and community partners, meet state qualifications, obtain CPR and First Aid certification, and safely perform physical activities with children.

Implements early childhood curriculum, creates a safe and nurturing classroom, supports children’s learning and development, partners with parents, and collaborates with center staff and community stakeholders. The teacher also helps achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while maintaining positive relationships with families and licensing authorities.

Manage client relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, renewals, account growth, and program adoption. Responsibilities include contract and financial coordination, client reporting, KPI analysis, executive communications, onboarding, training, strategic meetings, and cross-functional collaboration. The role translates performance data into recommendations, addresses client feedback, and supports expansions and seasonal program launches.
