Oversee the full production lifecycle for Audio Description and Described Video projects, including scheduling writers, narrators, and mixers; coordinating clients and vendors; managing technical workflows, quality control, billing, change orders, reporting, archiving, and backups. Support live audio description events from inquiry through delivery, troubleshoot project issues, coordinate venue and equipment needs, and provide occasional technical support during evenings or weekends. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to live-event venues.

Leads cross-studio art business operations by maintaining visibility into capacity, utilization, assignments, availability, demand, and project transitions. Aligns studio supply with Business Development opportunities, supports RFP staffing scenarios, establishes operating cadences, coordinates partner integration, identifies risks, and escalates bottlenecks. Provides leadership reporting and develops a scalable operational model across regions while avoiding direct staffing, account ownership, commercial negotiation, or day-to-day production responsibilities.

Keywords Studios seeks experienced English Live Captioners for real-time captioning of various events and broadcasts.
