Develop and execute product marketing strategies for enterprise security solutions. Conduct customer, market, competitive, and win-loss research; shape product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and buyer content. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Marketing, and partners to drive acquisition, adoption, expansion, and commercial performance. Track launch, pipeline, adoption, content, and competitive metrics to improve execution.

Develop and edit corporate communications, social media, blog, newsletter, executive, and employee advocacy content. Support media relations, awards submissions, editorial calendars, publishing workflows, and cross-functional campaigns. Translate complex cybersecurity and technology topics into accessible content, manage social engagement and distribution, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.

Leads product marketing strategy for Keyfactor’s technical enterprise security solutions. Responsibilities include defining target buyers and use cases, influencing product roadmaps, developing positioning and messaging, leading go-to-market launches, enabling sales and partners, analyzing pipeline and competitive performance, and building a high-performing product marketing team. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership in a remote U.S. environment.
