Lead post-sale onboarding and implementation of commercial card and AP automation solutions. Manage stakeholder meetings, project plans, Salesforce data, vendor integrations, client training, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements to ensure timely, accurate client onboarding.

Lead cross-functional teams to gather and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, influence application design, support SDLC activities, manage testing/UAT, and align IT changes with security and risk standards to optimize Archer GRC capabilities and business processes.
