Senior Instrumentation and Electrical Designer responsible for preparing accurate I&E drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary 3D CAD work, conducting field investigations, resolving design issues, and supporting engineering deliverables. The role requires technical guidance, knowledge of plant design and construction, adherence to PIP, NEC, IEC, ISA, and IEEE standards, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation, Bentley, and Microsoft Office. The position is full-time and office-based in Corpus Christi, Texas, with travel determined by project requirements.

Provides senior electrical engineering support for energy-sector projects, coordinating internal and subcontractor design resources, reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting site walks and design reviews, evaluating equipment and suppliers, and developing testing, inspection, preservation, and commissioning plans. Performs power system studies using SKM or ETAP, verifies construction quality and code compliance, supports cost estimating, and mentors teams while maintaining safety and technical standards.

Performs piping flexibility and stress analysis, pipe support design, finite element analysis, and static equipment design for oil, gas, and LNG projects. Prepares calculations, drawings, specifications, bid evaluations, and technical documentation. Reviews supplier data, coordinates with multidisciplinary project teams, directs designers and drafters, and provides field verification and mechanical execution support.
