Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, create new playbooks, resolve engagement issues, and manage senior stakeholder relationships globally.

Design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems including LLM orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation. Work across the ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and monitoring, leverage proprietary structured and unstructured financial data, and collaborate with data, product, design, and MLOps teams to deliver scalable, robust agentic solutions.

Design, implement, and scale end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Build and optimize retrieval systems, embeddings, vector search, and LLM orchestration. Collaborate with product, design, and MLOps to productionize robust ML systems across large proprietary datasets.

Drive go-to-market strategy and adoption for Kensho AI products by bridging technical AI capabilities and commercial teams. Lead customer demos, technical deep-dives, co-development partnerships, market analysis, and sales enablement while feeding product and strategy teams with market insights to expand revenue and partnerships.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will develop APIs, collaborate with various teams, and manage project priorities while ensuring communication is efficient and inclusive.

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will build AI-centric web applications in TypeScript, manage project priorities, and make technology decisions while collaborating with Product and Design teams.
