Perform manual and automated accessibility audits across React-based products, test with assistive technologies, evaluate against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2, write reproducible accessibility bug reports, partner with product/design/engineering to remediate and validate fixes, author VPATs and conformance reports, define accessibility acceptance criteria and QA processes, and use AI-enabled tools to improve testing efficiency.

Lead and execute customer lifecycle marketing across onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion globally. Build and manage a small team, run omni-channel campaigns (email, ABM, paid social, events), drive advocacy programs, enable regionally localized initiatives, and measure/report engagement, adoption and revenue expansion outcomes.

Operate and optimize Keeper's cloud databases across dev, QA and production. Manage MySQL on AWS (RDS), ensure high availability, performance tuning, backups, replication, disaster recovery, schema change control with IaC tools, monitoring, incident response, automation, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation while collaborating with engineering and DevOps teams.
