Owns customer engagement, cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, subcontractors, risk, financial performance, operational readiness, and mission outcomes. Builds trusted relationships with government and operational stakeholders, leads proposal and transition planning, establishes governance and metrics, and directs cross-functional teams supporting 24/7/365 mission operations.

Lead technical solution architecture and modernization for a mission-critical Air Operations Center program. Responsibilities include systems integration, hybrid cloud and on-premises architecture, DevSecOps, cybersecurity and RMF alignment, technical risk management, proposal development, execution planning, configuration control, and mission assurance. The role guides senior technical SMEs, coordinates government and industry stakeholders, and develops practical approaches for modernizing and sustaining classified, continuously operational defense systems.

Designs and leads secure DevSecOps architectures, cloud and hybrid platforms, containerized environments, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Integrates security scanning, vulnerability management, identity, secrets, encryption, compliance controls, and secure release practices. Maintains container images and vulnerability databases, troubleshoots complex platform and pipeline issues, advises technical teams, mentors engineers, and leads architecture reviews and remediation efforts. The role supports defense communications systems at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and requires up to 10% domestic travel.
