Leads end-to-end execution of a U.S. Navy eCRM development, operations, and sustainment program. Owns cost, schedule, technical performance, cybersecurity, staffing, subcontractor oversight, Agile releases, compliance, deliverables, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Serves as the primary interface with Navy stakeholders and corporate leadership, manages cleared multidisciplinary teams, oversees Salesforce and cloud environments, supports transition activities, and contributes to portfolio growth and business development.

Modernize legacy SAS data-processing systems by translating logic into scalable, high-performance Python solutions. Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines using formats including SAS, Parquet, JSON, and SQL. Integrate PostgreSQL, implement parallel processing, automated testing, data validation, and quality assurance, and maintain well-documented code. Collaborate with IT specialists and stakeholders to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver cloud-native modernization solutions.

Provides administrative support for personnel security and clearance processing under FSO direction. Maintains DISS, NBIS, and NISS records; coordinates investigations, reinvestigations, forms, fingerprints, visit authorizations, access changes, and status tracking. Reviews submissions, maintains audit-ready documentation, supports DCSA assessments and self-inspections, coordinates with HR and Operations, and protects sensitive information. Provides basic employee guidance while escalating policy questions and unusual matters to security leadership.
