Own the roadmap and delivery of product pricing, fulfillment, provisioning, entitlement, usage, and overage capabilities across Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, and integrated platforms. Lead Lead-to-Cash requirements, Agile backlog management, cross-functional delivery, governance, process improvement, and transformation from legacy systems to scalable future-state architecture.

Owns the design, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of finance and corporate services processes, including record-to-report, tax, procure-to-pay, supply chain, hardware fulfillment, HR operations, and sales compensation. Facilitates cross-functional workshops, translates future-state processes into system requirements, partners with technical delivery teams, manages change and adoption, and defines performance metrics. The role also maintains capability models and shared process-boundary agreements.

Owns end-to-end commercial and customer lifecycle process design across product, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success. Facilitates process mapping, capability decomposition, requirements definition, governance, change management, enablement, adoption, and performance measurement. Partners with business and technology leaders through system delivery and testing, with particular ownership of pricing, packaging, deal desk, discount governance, CPQ, new product introduction, SKU governance, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and churn processes.
