Owns People programs covering performance scorecards, manager enablement, career tracks, performance reviews, engagement measurement, People analytics, and AI-assisted automation. The role builds scalable systems, analyzes employee data, supports manager development, manages the annual performance cycle, and provides leaders with insights into engagement and retention risks. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong program ownership, and experience with HR technology systems in a distributed or high-growth environment.

Builds repeatable systems, dashboards, training, and AI-assisted workflows to improve manager effectiveness, employee development, retention, and operational scalability. Partners with People, data, and functional leaders to translate organizational priorities into measurable programs and actionable insights.

Lead Kasa’s global finance and accounting function across corporate entities and 85+ properties. Own close, reporting, audits, cash integrity, revenue reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial controls. Transform workflows through automation and AI while improving accuracy and speed. Partner with the CEO, Board, investors, and property owners, and lead a distributed team across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
