Build and scale AI automations, agents, data pipelines, governance, spend dashboards, ROI metrics, and internal AI tooling. Manage Claude access, connector security reviews, AI champions, documentation, training, and executive reporting. Partner across departments to deploy production software, measure adoption and cost, and ensure teams own the tools they use.

Own a portfolio of accounting-firm customers, driving retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, success plans, ROI cases, and renewal forecasts; identify churn risks and expansion opportunities using customer data and analytics. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Education teams to improve customer outcomes and influence product priorities. The role requires strong commercial ownership, strategic communication, cross-functional leadership, and periodic travel.

Lead enterprise customer onboarding and implementations for Karbon: manage project plans, data migrations, training, change management, and stakeholder communications to drive adoption and measurable ROI. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support and use AI tools to optimize processes.
