Lead the development, implementation, security, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing cloud solutions, managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing cloud security controls, maintaining API integrations, coordinating vendors, conducting system audits and risk assessments, and developing disaster recovery plans.

Facilitates training, onboarding, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs across the organization. Administers the LMS, manages course assignments and completion tracking, coordinates reinforcement communications, evaluates learning effectiveness, and supports L&D reporting. The role also contributes to program design and manager enablement while managing multiple training cycles for diverse audiences in corporate or healthcare settings.

Provides advanced Level II IT support for hardware, software, applications, networks, and infrastructure. Resolves escalated tickets, troubleshoots complex issues, mentors Level I technicians, manages IT assets and documentation, supports deployments and recoveries, and assists with testing and training. The role includes inbound calls, ticket management, after-hours support, and travel to company locations for end-user and infrastructure support.
