Manages supply chain activities, vendor relationships, strategic sourcing, inventory levels, forecasting, MRP, and logistics for manufacturing operations. Oversees purchasing staff, ensures timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods, manages inventory reporting and counts, develops demand forecasts, evaluates supplier performance, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with operations and sales to support production, customer fulfillment, cost reduction, and business growth.

Manages enterprise-wide transportation performance, costs, logistics providers, and governance across decentralized business units. Responsibilities include overseeing 3PLs, brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders; tracking KPIs; negotiating rates and contracts; reducing freight costs; leading RFPs and network optimization; resolving escalations; supporting international transportation; and implementing logistics projects and process improvements.

Develops and leads integrated email, SMS/RCS, social, and digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth. Manages segmentation, personalization, automation, CRM integrations, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. Partners with marketing, ecommerce, product, and business-unit teams to create brand-building programs and promotions. Oversees marketing automation platforms and data synchronization across Salesforce and Magento while using analytics to identify growth opportunities.
