Manages segmentation, personalization, automation, CRM integrations, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. Partners with marketing, ecommerce, product, and business-unit teams to create brand-building programs and promotions. Oversees marketing automation platforms and data synchronization across Salesforce and Magento while using analytics to identify growth opportunities.
