The Senior People Business Partner advises managers and leaders on people strategy, performance management, employee relations, talent development, promotions, engagement, organizational change, and workforce planning. This role analyzes engagement, attrition, and exit data to develop action plans; supports investigations, PIPs, onboarding, career development, and reorganization communications; and partners with Talent, People Operations, and Compensation teams.

Manage a portfolio of 220+ mid-market customer accounts after onboarding. Drive product adoption, customer health, retention, renewals, and expansion through strategic, digital, and AI-enabled engagement. Monitor usage trends, identify risks, support escalations, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally on improvements. The role requires strong communication, customer data analysis, prioritization, SaaS customer success experience, and comfort using AI tools and evolving technologies.

Own revenue operations for the Fund Administration business, including Salesforce health, renewals, forecasting, pipeline reporting, dashboards, process governance, automation, and cross-functional operating cadences. Partner with Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve revenue processes, pricing, compensation, territories, quotas, and data integrity. Use AI and revenue technology to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and support scalable growth.
