Manage and grow a portfolio of ~40 business clients and ~60 prospects (>$3M revenue). Acquire new relationships, provide deposit, cash management and credit solutions up to $15M, deepen product utilization, develop referral networks, partner with internal specialists, and ensure regulatory and risk controls while delivering a high-touch client experience.

Lead regulatory and industry engagement for Securities Services: monitor global regulatory developments, drive advocacy and strategy, liaise with FMIs and industry groups, prepare briefing and client materials, and develop client engagement and reporting to influence post-trade and custody product evolution.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families, build and deepen client relationships, acquire new clients, deliver personalized investment solutions, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with Chase partners to offer holistic financial coaching and referrals.
