Teams at Joslin Diabetes Center

Provides comprehensive ophthalmic care for diabetic and non-diabetic patients, including examinations, cataract surgery, intraocular lens placement, laser procedures, emergency care, and call coverage. The physician also supports referrals, clinical research and trials, and collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams. Responsibilities include prescribing corrective lenses, triaging urgent ophthalmic conditions, mentoring staff and trainees, and contributing to clinical and scholarly activities.
