The role requires prioritization, mentoring, communication, conflict de-escalation, and a strong client-focused mindset.

Build and expand relationships with senior financial services clients, identify business challenges, shape enterprise software solutions, negotiate complex deals, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. The role requires consultative enterprise selling, collaboration with product, delivery, marketing, and presales teams, client business planning, and maintaining long-term profitable partnerships. Travel of 25–50% is required.

Owns the unified strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and performance of two cloud software products serving law firms. Leads customer research, AI and automation initiatives, pricing and packaging, product requirements, backlog prioritization, launches, adoption, and optimization. Partners with engineering, sales, customer service, finance, and technology partners to deliver scalable products, improve retention, and drive profitable revenue growth.
