Build and manage customer relationships, expand existing accounts, recommend products, negotiate pricing, close sales, and provide responsive support. Maintain CRM activity and pipeline records, attend industry events, monitor market trends, and collaborate with operations, purchasing, and marketing. Regular travel is required.
