Teams at JLL

Lead complex life-science lab and building infrastructure projects from design through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, vendor and team performance, safety/OSHA compliance, and client relationships. Prepare project documentation, KPIs, and financial forecasts while ensuring regulatory and quality standards and leveraging cross-functional JLL services.

Support a global design and construction sustainability program by analyzing and maintaining project data, ensuring data quality, tracking energy/water/waste/emissions performance, maintaining dashboards, supporting green building certification, creating deliverables and communications, coordinating stakeholders, and researching sustainability trends to inform strategy and identify improvement opportunities.

Design and build AI agent systems, focusing on LLM applications and autonomous workflows. Requires expertise in AI integration and Python development.
