Supports JLL’s Capital Markets team with commercial real estate investment and acquisition activities. Responsibilities include market research, market analysis, property valuation using Argus and Excel, lease abstraction, transaction due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials such as teasers and offering memorandums. The intern also gathers and analyzes data on rents, demographics, traffic, and tenant profiles while assisting analysts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Leads a national real estate project management account for a strategic client, overseeing teams delivering fit-outs, capital improvements, site improvements, and ground-up construction. Manages client relationships, project execution, vendors, staffing, financials, capital plans, risks, and service delivery. Drives account strategy, business growth, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring projects meet contractual, financial, scheduling, and quality requirements.

Build and ship production AI features for JLL’s Citizen AI products, including JLL GPT. Develop LLM-powered applications using RAG, agent workflows, and MCP tools; work across design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and observability. Collaborate with product and design partners, resolve defects, improve developer tooling, and use AI coding tools daily. The role is on-site in Boston and requires production software experience with Python or TypeScript/Node, cloud services, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
