The Research Analyst monitors Boston commercial real estate markets, maintains market data, analyzes economic and demographic trends, and produces research reports, visualizations, and client presentations. The role provides market insights, supports strategic business development, communicates relevant news to brokerage leaders, contributes to internal data management, and develops relationships with clients and research colleagues. Candidates should have strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.

Supports JLL’s Capital Markets team with commercial real estate investment and acquisition activities. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing market data, assisting with property valuation using Argus and Excel, preparing lease abstracts, supporting transaction due diligence, creating marketing materials, and gathering rent roll, demographic, and tenant information.

Leads technical solutioning between Sales and Implementation, gathering enterprise requirements, assessing feasibility, identifying scope risks, and developing accurate Statements of Work. Facilitates discovery workshops, evaluates systems, data readiness, APIs, migrations, ETL, and AI-enabled workflows, and recommends delivery approaches. Responsibilities include conducting customized Prism demonstrations, creating industry-specific demo environments, presenting ROI to stakeholders, translating client needs into tailored solutions, maintaining product and competitive expertise, and sharing client feedback with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.

Leads the LeasingOS support team, overseeing support specialists, ticket workflows, broker interactions, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, escalations, reporting, and process improvements. The manager develops team performance metrics, collaborates with product and cross-functional stakeholders, documents recurring issues, and drives AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, resolution times, and broker satisfaction.
