Collaborate with product and design partners, resolve defects, improve developer tooling, and use AI coding tools daily. The role is on-site in Boston and requires production software experience with Python or TypeScript/Node, cloud services, REST APIs, and CI/CD.

Manages regional smart-building operations, including BMS/BAS platforms, IoT integrations, BACnet standards, cybersecurity, patching, asset lifecycles, FDD, alarm mitigation, and vendor governance. Leads modernization from legacy systems to cloud-connected operations, supports major technical incidents, integrates control software, maintains inventories, and develops standards and roadmaps. Requires building automation expertise, IoT device management, program management, communication skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Manage a scaled book of 40-50 mid-market accounts using product usage data and NPS to identify risk and expansion opportunities. Design and run one-to-many digital engagement programs (webinars, in-app guidance, Product University, email campaigns) to drive adoption and expansion. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, document scalable playbooks, and serve as the client advocate to inform product and CS strategy.

Leads technology and AI adoption across JLL leasing markets. Builds broker AI workflows, defines adoption metrics, develops performance dashboards, manages enablement programs, delivers training, and scales best practices across offices. Partners with brokerage, Product, Product Support, and Go-To-Market leaders to improve workflows, measure business impact, develop champions, and move users from basic adoption to advanced usage.

Leads large-scale building operating systems and IoT engineering programs, including BMS connectivity, controls, security compliance, fault detection, predictive maintenance, and asset management. Serves as a trusted client advisor, oversees project delivery and reporting, presents technical solutions, and manages a team of engineering subject matter experts. Develops resource plans, succession strategies, and professional growth programs while supporting facilities, sustainability, business continuity, and lifecycle asset initiatives.

Supports commercial real estate brokers through sales administration, marketing, financial processing, research, CRM maintenance, listing management, client deliverables, deal documentation, invoicing, expense reports, scheduling, and general office coordination. The role creates presentations and property marketing materials, manages listings across real estate platforms, coordinates events, and provides operational and technology support to the brokerage team.

Leads strategic procurement and coordination of long-lead and owner-furnished equipment for multiple hyperscale and enterprise data center projects. Manages multimillion-dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, technical evaluations, procurement schedules, risk mitigation, international logistics, documentation, commissioning support, and stakeholder reporting. Serves as the subject matter expert for mission-critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, power, fire suppression, and telecommunications systems while mentoring team members and ensuring equipment delivery aligns with construction timelines.
