Join the Growth team to own funnels that drive discovery, evaluation, and purchase of car insurance. Conduct product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, drive bug triage, lead end-to-end product initiatives, partner with Design/Engineering/Analytics to ship experiments and A/B tests, translate ambiguous problems into hypotheses and requirements, and coordinate daily overlap with a China-based engineering team to ensure execution.

Embedded on a core business team, you will define problems, build metrics, run analyses and experiments, produce reports and insights, and drive data-informed decisions end-to-end. You will partner with product, growth, AI, and partnerships teams, communicate findings to leadership, and own outcomes from analysis through execution.

Grow Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok by building communities, developing channel-specific playbooks, scaling authentic content (using AI where helpful), coordinating with Growth and Content, and measuring sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
