Lead People Operations execution for payroll, benefits, compliance, employment taxes, HRIS, immigration coordination, and global workforce (EOR) operations. Manage two offshore People Ops associates, set workflows, SLAs, and quality standards, drive process automation including AI, partner with HRBP, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure scalable, audit-ready HR operations and employee lifecycle support.

Lead end-to-end product design for Jerry's core offerings (insurance, safety, repairs). Ship 0→1 features, partner with research/product/data, evolve the design system, apply AI thoughtfully, and raise UX and visual craft to improve engagement and retention for millions of users.
