Collaborate with internal/external SMEs and marketing teams, apply SEO/GEO and AI-enabled analytics, support ABM and media/analyst initiatives, and drive brand awareness and lead generation.

The Product Manager IV leads product vision and strategy, mentors junior staff, collaborates with cross-functional teams, engages with customers, and drives market analysis and delivery.

Support and manage day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments within the Jenzabar One ecosystem. Troubleshoot priority incidents, perform upgrades, provide SQL Server configuration and T-SQL scripting support, produce root cause/post-mortem analyses, drive process improvements and automation, mentor junior staff, and serve as an escalation point for cross-functional teams.
