Lead business development for Northeast fire protection consulting services, driving proposals, orders and sub-regional sales for Fire & Building Safety, Industrial & Process Safety, and design services. Collaborate with operations to identify opportunities, manage proposals, track sales performance, develop BD strategy, and represent the firm at marketing events and client meetings. Hybrid role with occasional travel (up to 20%).

Identify and develop new leads for Fire & Life Safety and Process Safety service lines, manage client relationships and pipelines, coordinate proposals with technical teams, maintain sales data, support renewals and cross-selling, and meet growth initiatives on a hybrid Boston schedule.

Perform PRA/PSA modeling and analyses (internal events, fire, seismic, external hazards), support risk-informed licensing and regulatory work, apply online risk tools and HRA, advise on advanced nuclear risk initiatives, communicate findings to stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support business development.
