Lead and grow an AI-first software development team focused on clinic activation and onboarding. The manager will remain hands-on through architecture reviews, pairing, code shipping, and technical direction. They will partner with product, design, and data to run weekly releases, instrumentation, and experiments, while shaping AI-driven onboarding and responsible AI adoption. The role also requires coaching developers, owning activation outcomes, and partnering with adjacent AI and product teams.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Jane’s marketing website, including information architecture, navigation, page strategy, organic and answer-engine visibility, and conversion optimization. Use customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve performance. Partner with product marketing, brand, content, design, engineering, and web platform teams to turn strategic direction into a coherent, accessible, high-performing website.

Own end-to-end financial data analysis, including SQL and dbt data modeling, Looker dashboard development, data quality validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder-facing insights. Partner with Finance and Payments to support reporting, planning, revenue analysis, cost insights, and transaction-level analytics. Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable technical solutions while improving documentation, QA, modeling, and data architecture practices.
