Supports the planning and operational execution of global clinical trials from Phase 1 through Phase 3. Responsibilities include coordinating sites, CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams; managing timelines, budgets, risks, documentation, monitoring oversight, and Trial Master Files; ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance; supporting inspections; and mentoring junior staff.

Manages purchase order workflows, accounts payable, vendor records, payment processing, cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and close support. The role resolves invoice and payment discrepancies, maintains documentation and controls, supports audits and cash forecasting, and improves procure-to-pay processes. It partners with vendors, budget owners, and Finance & Accounting stakeholders while reporting to the Assistant Controller.

Lead clinical strategy and execution for Phase 2/3 nephrology trials. Draft and review protocols and study documents, provide medical monitoring and data review, collaborate with operations, biostatistics, regulatory and safety teams, support regulatory submissions, and contribute to scientific communications and investigator interactions.
