The Senior Director, Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical programs, managing CROs, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership, while ensuring clinical operations meet regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Field-based clinical partner responsible for site engagement, protocol support, enrollment accountability, and cross-functional coordination to drive consistent trial execution and provide regional site insights to support global enrollment.

Lead regulatory strategy and execution for biologics development, preparing and submitting INDs/CTAs and other health authority filings. Draft, review, and manage regulatory documents and responses, ensure compliance with global regulations (FDA, ICH, GCP, GMP), identify regulatory risks, and provide regulatory input to clinical study planning.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and other executives: manage complex calendars, travel, and stakeholder communications; upload board materials to Boardvantage; coordinate legal document execution, board minutes, and confidential records; assist compliance tracking and audits; support cross-functional projects, process improvements, and manage department budgets, invoices, POs, and vendor relationships.
