Leads the operating model and performance of DraftKings’ iGaming business, overseeing revenue operations, games operations, studio functions, and cross-functional execution. Partners with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, scalable expansion, compliance, and player experience. Builds high-performing leadership teams, uses analytics and experimentation to guide commercial decisions, and aligns merchandising, promotions, player programs, and game portfolio strategies across brands and jurisdictions.

Own technical compliance domains and lead audit and certification activities across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX ITGC, NIST, and related frameworks. Coordinate evidence collection, validate controls, assess risks, track remediation, and provide compliance reporting. Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and external auditors to translate requirements into practical controls. Improve GRC tooling, automation, evidence workflows, and repeatable compliance processes.
