Build talent pipelines through job postings, community outreach, and social channels. Support surge hiring and complete related HR tasks and special projects.

Oversee payroll and wage-hour compliance (primarily California), perform audits and analytics, partner with HRIS/Payroll/Legal/IT, lead remediation, support litigation prevention, and maintain payroll governance for a large non-exempt field workforce.

The HCM/HRIS Specialist I is responsible for supporting HCM systems, maintaining data integrity, reporting, and collaborating with various departments to enhance HRIS operations.
