Freelance Graphic Designer responsible for creating retail packaging, product graphics, logos, and brand assets. Prepares production-ready artwork with die lines, bleeds, color profiles, and typography standards; maintains brand guidelines; and collaborates with product development, buying, graphics, production, and overseas suppliers. The role is remote, on-call, and requires managing multiple projects while ensuring technical accuracy and visual consistency.

Supports surge hiring by managing requisitions, sourcing candidates, conducting prescreen interviews, evaluating qualifications, coordinating hiring manager communications, and completing onboarding. Builds talent pipelines through job boards, community organizations, colleges, recruiters, and online channels. Maintains candidate relationships, communicates role expectations, verifies references, and ensures hiring processes are completed accurately and on time.
