Design, develop, and deliver in-person and virtual training for software end users. Create training materials, customize curricula, support users, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams on product updates. Facilitate client testing and validation of converted data, business processes, and software modifications. The role also requires troubleshooting, instructional design, strong communication, and knowledge of cloud concepts.

Supports business development by assessing prospect needs, translating business requirements into application solutions, delivering software demonstrations, configuring UMAX environments, participating in discovery sessions, and responding to RFI/RFP requirements. The role focuses on finance and billing processes for utility customers and requires sales engineering, presentation, communication, finance, utility-industry, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise.

Manage customer contracts from award through negotiation, execution, and delivery hand-off. Responsibilities include coordinating agreements and redlines, maintaining repositories and version control, tracking obligations and renewals, identifying risks, supporting billing and revenue processes, preparing status reports, improving workflows, and answering post-handoff contract questions. The role also supports proposals, RFPs, sales initiatives, and CRM tracking, with approximately 15% travel.
