Teams at Italian Home for Children

Provide front-desk and administrative support to the Compliance and Quality Improvement team; manage records, track compliance and training, assist with licensing/accreditation, perform safety and quality checks, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and support event planning and office operations to improve departmental efficiency.

Lead and manage special education program for a K-8 therapeutic day school. Oversee special education teachers, ensure IEP compliance, develop curriculum and staff professional development, collaborate with clinical teams, set performance expectations, support staff retention, and maintain safety and regulatory best practices.

The Therapeutic Mentor supports children and adolescents by teaching skills for managing social, emotional, and developmental challenges, collaborating with treatment teams, and engaging in home and community activities.
