The Inside Sales Account Executive generates leads, follows up on inquiries, collaborates with outside sales, and organizes events to drive sales growth.

The Account Executive will develop new accounts and generate sales opportunities through prospecting and networking, supporting company growth by reaching established targets.

Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for multiple clients in an MSP environment, manage network/datacenter/security/voice technologies, act as escalation point, use monitoring and ticketing tools, interact with vendors, produce service reports, and participate in occasional on-call rotation.
