Sales intern responsible for prospecting new accounts, selling custom footwear to individuals and groups, managing the sales cycle through payment and follow-up, building lead databases, expanding the sales network, and learning CRM and decorated apparel practices.

Create and edit photo, video, and social media content to increase brand awareness for ISlide. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, upload content to websites and social platforms, and support marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on footwear industry experience.

Supports footwear product operations through inventory counts, quality checks, inventory feeds, turnover analysis, product catalog audits, and process improvement. The intern will also contribute product and design ideas while learning the company’s end-to-end operations process. This unpaid role requires approximately 15 hours weekly around a student schedule.
