Enter and manage inventory data, process records and work orders, resolve discrepancies, digitize hardcopy records, perform quality audits, issue customer documentation and reports, prepare products for delivery, support customer service workflows, and train new team members. The role requires careful attention to detail, accurate data handling, and proficiency with office and database applications.

Receive, sort, store, and track physical and digital records, tapes, and other media. Load and unload materials safely using warehouse equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with drivers and internal teams, and prepare client orders for shipment or delivery while protecting asset integrity.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in Finance, Legal, and Risk. Lead organizational design, talent management, succession planning, performance programs, executive onboarding, and leadership development. Use workforce analytics and partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations to resolve complex people and organizational challenges.
