Manage strategic relationships with global hyperscale data center clients, including renewals, commercial negotiations, service implementation, issue resolution, reporting, audits, and account growth. Oversee project scope, schedules, risks, and cross-functional resources while advocating for customers and coordinating operational delivery. The role requires data center infrastructure knowledge, strong communication, escalation management, and project leadership. This is a remote position with 10–15% travel for customer meetings.

Administers warehouse operations for physical assets, including receiving, auditing, processing, storage, destruction, movement, and shipping. Maintains accurate asset records and reporting, coordinates shipping and receiving schedules, optimizes warehouse space, and ensures facilities and equipment are properly maintained and protected according to established procedures.

Process and organize client records by sorting files, creating labels, and accurately entering high volumes of record numbers. Meet production targets of 120–150 files per hour while maintaining data accuracy, operational compliance, and deadlines. The role also requires physical warehouse work, including prolonged standing and lifting boxes weighing 30–90 pounds.
