The Consultant will manage and lead multiple consulting engagements, deliver strategic insights, and build trusted client relationships in the healthcare sector.

Supports client data onboarding and ongoing intake by coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Communicates file requirements and status updates, tracks acquisition timelines, resolves questions, follows up on missing files, documents interactions in ticketing systems and Salesforce, coordinates vendor legal documentation, escalates delivery risks, and contributes to workflow improvements. The role requires healthcare claims knowledge, strong organization, communication, troubleshooting, and client relationship skills.

Provides systems integration consulting support for client service delivery, managed services, and implementation projects. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, developing specifications and solution modules, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, validating deliverables, supporting presentations, and directing offshore project work. The role also monitors technical quality, contributes to proposal development, and builds knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences industries.
