Responsibilities include pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, governance, roadmap development, cross-functional coordination, risk and dependency management, executive reporting, vendor coordination, operational transition, and value realization. When M&A activity is limited, the role supports CDIO Office governance, portfolio management, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
