The Senior Optical Test Setup Engineer will design and improve optical testing infrastructure for integrated photonics, automate test procedures, and collaborate with teams to enhance testing features.

Lead integrated photonic device and circuit layout, supporting commercial foundry PDK development and quantum photonic platforms. Build PCell libraries and automated Python-based layout workflows, own full-reticle tapeouts from floorplanning through GDS generation, perform DRC/LVS verification, lead layout reviews, and collaborate with fabrication and test teams to validate components against measured performance.

Own the Quantum Interconnect Platform product narrative, roadmap, customer engagement, and go-to-market development. Translate quantum R&D into product requirements, market offerings, technical content, and executive-ready materials. Gather customer feedback, lead technical customer meetings, support early sales efforts, define product-market fit, and collaborate across engineering, business, sales, and program management teams to drive commercial traction.
