Manage business systems strategy, optimization, and evolution for a fast-growing aerospace tech firm. Lead initiatives in ERP, integrations, and workflow redesign.

The Senior Microwave Research Scientist will design and integrate microwave circuits for qubit control, lead validation efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on quantum computing applications.

Administer and maintain IonQ's Salesforce Government Cloud org for federal sales: govern access and compliance, build declarative enhancements, manage data quality and releases, support Salesforce Shield controls and audits, produce reports/dashboards, triage federal requests, lead UAT, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Lead enterprise data architecture, governance, integration, and platform roadmap. Establish data models, lineage, cataloging, access controls (RBAC/ABAC/IAM), and M&A data integration while partnering with Finance, GTM, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and Product to ensure trusted, secure, and usable enterprise data.

The Staff Scientist will lead quantum applications, develop advanced quantum algorithms, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve real-world problems using IonQ's quantum computers.
