Provide hands-on legal work (BAAs, NDAs, vendor and standard commercial contracts), build and run legal operations (intake, contract lifecycle, matter management), design KPI/SLA dashboards, partner with Finance and GTM/Sales and outside counsel, implement legal ops tooling (Ironclad/Freshservice/CRM integrations), champion AI adoption for legal workflows, and support General Counsel on ad hoc legal matters.

Lead integrated demand-generation and partner marketing for pharmaceutical and life sciences markets. Design and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, ABM, webinars, events), drive top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline, create sales enablement content, partner with Sales/Product/Customer Success, and optimize performance using data and AI tools to increase qualified leads and ROI.

Provide strategic transactional and regulatory legal advice to commercial teams, draft/review enterprise agreements (NDAs, BAAs, vendor/SaaS contracts), track healthcare and privacy regulatory changes, partner with outside counsel, and advise executive leadership on risk management and policy aligned to product and business strategy.
