The Technical Account Specialist provides front-line support for customers, helping to resolve issues in the prescribing process while ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.

Serve as the clinical point of contact across the product portfolio: triage and resolve clinical issues, support customer engagements, validate fixes/releases, translate clinical workflow friction into product improvements, and use SQL/BI/AI tools to surface clinical trends.
