Provides overnight customer service from a centralized remote monitoring location for parking facilities. Answers customer questions, provides rate and direction information, assists with automated payment equipment, handles complaints and incident reports, maintains paperwork and revenue accountability, and escalates significant issues. The role requires Friday and Saturday overnight availability, basic math and computer skills, physical ability to navigate parking garages, and completion of screening requirements.

Manages parking facility operations, staff development, budgets, payroll, financial controls, customer service, vendor and landlord relationships, marketing support, and digital parking technology implementation. Oversees staffing, revenue and occupancy analysis, compliance, safety, security procedures, and operational improvements. Requires regular travel between Boston-area locations, schedule flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of relevant industry experience with supervisory and financial management experience.
