Support Community Services staff by assisting with case management tasks (benefits applications, school enrollment, medical appointments, housing), coordinating referrals, conducting cultural/workforce orientations, updating client records, and providing administrative support. Interns will engage directly with clients and community agencies, often accompanying clients to appointments.

The Budget Director leads organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and internal reporting. Responsibilities include annual and multi-year planning, scenario modeling, budget-to-actual and variance analysis, fund mapping, cost allocation, grant and contract tracking, financial dashboards, fund accounting coordination, and compliance reporting. The role partners with finance, programs, advancement, and operations leaders; supervises a Budget Analyst; improves financial processes; and supports resource allocation and long-term sustainability.

Provides administrative, coordination, and compliance support for public and private grant portfolios. Coordinates proposal schedules, gathers and formats application materials, tracks contracts and awards, monitors reporting deadlines, maintains grant records in Salesforce, prepares reports and dashboards, supports prospect research, and coordinates grant-related meetings and documentation. Collaborates with Advancement, Finance, and Programs while handling confidential donor, funder, financial, and organizational information.

Supervise attorneys and legal assistants while providing direct, trauma-informed immigration representation to unaccompanied children in ORR care. Responsibilities include legal orientations, consultations, removal defense, immigration court representation, applications, case preparation, staff mentoring, data collection, quality assurance, reporting, and database maintenance. The role requires travel among Massachusetts and Connecticut locations and collaboration with program leadership.

Provide administrative, case-management, and legal support for unaccompanied alien children in ORR care: coordinate legal orientations and consultations, prepare and maintain case files, assist with immigration applications and court filings, track deadlines, collect data, and ensure timely reporting and confidentiality.

Provide child-centered immigration legal services to unaccompanied children: Know Your Rights presentations, legal screenings and consultations, direct representation before EOIR and USCIS, case preparation and filings, client/hearing preparation, data reporting, and coordination with sponsors and service providers. Support quality assurance, supervise 1-2 staff, maintain case databases, and comply with ORR standards and background checks.

Support recruitment, assessment, and enrollment of trainees; assist with lesson planning and in-person/online classes; help develop resumes and cover letters; practice interview skills; provide data entry, logistical, and administrative support; prepare classroom materials and graduation events; accompany clients to job-related events when appropriate.

Support program training and compliance by auditing case files, developing and maintaining SOP-based trainings and onboarding materials, collecting staff feedback, updating SharePoint trackers, assisting mock audits, and helping deliver staff trainings under supervision of the Program Training and Compliance Manager.

Support data quality in the Apricot case management database: identify and correct missing data, perform spot checks, generate simple reports, assist documentation clean-up, and help draft/update user tutorials and trainings under the Data & Impact Manager's guidance.

Support recruitment, enrollment, and classroom activities for employment and skills training; tutor and teach work-readiness; help clients create resumes and applications; perform data entry, intake, and administrative tasks; accompany clients to job events when appropriate.

Manage a portfolio of 125–175 prospects to identify, cultivate, solicit, and close major gifts ($10,000+). Maintain Salesforce records, develop solicitation strategies, meet revenue targets, collaborate with programs and leadership, and travel regionally for donor meetings and events.

Support the Marketing & Communications team by capturing and editing video, photo, and audio; drafting and planning social media; producing marketing materials; assembling donor packets; and assisting with event promotion. Build multimedia content, apply ethical storytelling, and support fundraising and outreach efforts in a nonprofit setting.

Assist ESOL program with student recruitment, enrollment, advising, and classroom support. Provide basic tech literacy help, intake and case note documentation, conduct surveys, and support job and education pathways for adult immigrant and refugee learners. Hybrid role with some in-person hours in Boston.
