Provides strategic and hands-on HR support for a remote, multi-state workforce. Advises leadership and employees on personnel matters, accommodations, FMLA, employment compliance, and team development. Researches state-specific requirements, identifies issues requiring legal counsel, supports training programs, and serves as a confidential HR contact. This is a flexible fractional engagement of up to 10 hours per month.

Lead Interdependence’s acquisition growth strategy across B2B PR, marketing, and digital agency sectors. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging acquisition targets, developing outreach and marketing campaigns, building a qualified pipeline, nurturing executive relationships, tracking acquisition KPIs, evaluating strategic fit, and supporting acquisition discussions and due diligence with leadership and external advisors.

Supports PR account management, strategic campaign development, media outreach, influencer collaborations, press material creation, client communications, project coordination, and campaign reporting. The role helps maintain client relationships, secure media coverage, monitor industry trends, and deliver results across multiple accounts while collaborating with senior team members.
